Much of human suffering is not caused by lack of intelligence or ability, but by unconscious roles, attachments, and defensive habits that once served a purpose. My work focuses on helping people see clearly — without blame or force — so that choice, responsibility, and personal power can return.

I am the creator of the V2V Method (From Victim to Victory), a three-stage framework for transformation built on awareness (Veritas), conscious choice (Kinesis), and embodiment (Valor).

I share reflections, teachings, and long-form work on psychology, ego, attachment, compassion, and change — both online and through retreats held on the Italian island of Sicily.
