I am an author, coach & Holistic-Energy Healer. I have a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Transpersonal studies. I’m fully qualified in Naturopathy, Holistic Healing and Reiki among other studies. I have devoted over 20 years to researching the connection between the thoughts we have, the emotions that arise, the energy produced by those emotions and how they affect our health.
I have been my greatest client because my life has not been a bed of roses, but with great inner strength, as far back as childhood, I have found the resilience to overcome everything sent on my path. I spent 10 years in deep depression and it was my greatest teacher. The biggest lesson I have learned is that everything in our lives; including our health is created by the mind and the state of our mental health.
Through my writing and my courses, I seek to inspire you to embrace the transformative potential of Mind, Body-Energy Healing, cultivating a deeper connection with yourself, your surroundings, and the universe at large, so that you succeed in every area of your life and make all your wishes, hopes and dreams a reality.

Our entire belief system is based on beliefs our families have, the type of education we receive, the culture we find ourselves immersed in, the role we play in society and what is expected of us within that role.
